He graduated from the Engineering Faculty of the Czech Technical University in Prague in 1997, majoring in Economy and Company Management. He had already started his professional career in the last year of his studies in the Marketing Dept. of Škoda Praha, a.s. Then, he was employed with TES Praha, a.s. Consulting Company,   as the Product Manager and partner. At present, he is also a tutor at the Engineering Faculty of the Czech Technical University, the Economy and Company Management Institute, where he gained a Ph.D. in postgraduate studies.
He has been working in MVV Energie CZ since 2000, first as the Financial Manager and then from 2005 as the only Executive Manager. Since April 1, 2008 he has been working as the Executive Manager responsible for the strategy, finance, information system and administration of all property shares. 
After transformation of the company into a join-stock company (a.s.), he was the member of the Board of Directors and now he is the chairman of MVV Energie CZ a.s.’s Board of Directors.
  

He graduated in 1994 from the Prague Czech Technical University, Aviation Engineering.  After the end of his studies in 1995, he joined AERO Vodochody a.s. as a R&D Engineer, he worked there till 2002. Thereafter, until 2005, he was in a position of the technical director, a member of the STAVOSTROJ a.s.’s top management, where he managed, inter alia, individual projects and company’s production teams, and participated in company’s general management.  Further, he gained additional work experience in holding companies of MĚĎ (COPPER) Povrly Slovakia a.s. and První Elektro (First Electrical) a.s. (Division Chomutov); in both cases, he was responsible for company’s general management.
Mr. Miroslav Kovářík is from 1st April 2009 a Member of a Board of Directors.
   

He finished his economic studies in  1998 at the Economic University in Prague, majoring in information management. During his studies he worked for several companies mainly as a stock trader. After his studies he worked for three years in TES Praha, a.s. Consulting Company, as a project manager, he was responsible for projects on creating the concept and implementation of cost control systems.
He came to MVV Energie CZ in December 2001 as the manager of the Control Dept. and since March 2005 has been working as the manager of the Financial Department.
 

He obtained his technical education at the Czech Technical University in Prague, where he studied Heat and Nuclear machines specializing in industrial power management. He started his professional career with Spolek pro chemickou a hutní výrobu, a.s. (Chemical and Metallurgical Production Association); where, he gradually worked in several positions and also as the chief Energy Manager. Then he gained practical managerial experience  in CENTROPOL CZ, where he first worked as an energy analyst  and then as the operation-technological manager.
He joined MVV Energie CZ as the Sales and Technical  Manager in 2007. 
     

He graduated from the Czech Technical University in Prague majoring in cybernetics. He worked in IT (information technology) section, started in Textilana Liberec and from 1989 he was a technical manager in information technologies and information systems production private company.
He has been working in MVV Energie CZ since 2003 as the Information systems Analyst. Since December 2008 he has been working as the Head of Departement of IS/IT.
  

In 1998 she graduated from the  Civil Engineering Faculty of the Czech Technical University in  Prague. Jitka Kafková started her  professional career in the energy branch of CEZ, a.s., as a trader in the  Foreign Trade Dept. She gained further experience with  ENETRA, a.s., where as a manager she was involved in preparing and negotiating strategic contracts and electricity trades. 
She has been working for MVV Energie CZ since 2002; first in as an energy manager and then as the manager of capital participations. She has been the Head of Department of Capital Participations since 2008.

The Supervisory Board with six members composed of representatives of the parent company, MVV Energie AG checks the activities of the Executive Managers.
