KVET (Combined production of heat and power), an abbreviation discussed by the scientists, has commonly been described as cogeneration (combined heat and power). Exactly, this combined production of heat and power is known as the most efficient way of utilization of fosil fuels in power engineering. In all installed facilities, thermic waste is produced as a fallout of power production and is futher distributed throught the central heating network. The effectivity of such production is almost 90 per cent.
